Early Careers Recruitment Senior Advisor, Marketing & Social Media

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Early Careers Recruitment Senior Advisor to join out cient's team. This role focuses on positioning their brand as a market-leading employer in the UK early careers market and creating and executing a best-in-class attraction campaign. You will innovate and advise on social media campaigns, communication of their employer brand, recruitment marketing materials, event marketing campaigns, and event organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build campaigns that increase brand awareness and deliver a diverse application pool. Review and develop marketing strategies, create content campaigns, and manage recruitment merchandise and campus collateral.
- Social Media: Manage their Early Careers Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, including content development and responding to queries. Explore options such as TikTok and manage collaborations with influencers.
- Media: Manage media suppliers and ensure profiles are updated and reflect their EVP. Review media partners and budget allocation to reach target audiences and achieve high ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content for various platforms, ensuring usage rights and approval processes are followed. Create a monthly social media communications plan to strengthen their position as an employer of choice.
- EVP: Work closely with Brand Comms & Marketing, HR, and D&I teams to bring their EVP and brand narrative to life. Ensure consistent delivery of their EVP across print and digital materials.
- Campaign Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, track ROI, and apply insights to gain competitive advantage. Stay updated with market trends and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Essential: Marketing and social media experience in professional services, proven campaign and project management skills, expertise in social media platforms, and experience in reporting and analysis.
- Beneficial: Experience in early talent recruitment lifecycle.
