This is a brilliant time to join our client a Professional Service business in the centre of LONDON. This role leads the implementation of the Darwin Benefits Platform across the UK and Europe while driving process optimisation, policy development, and data-driven decision-making across compensation and benefits. The position combines project leadership, stakeholder collaboration, system configuration, governance, and analytics to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly rewards operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Darwin Benefits Platform Implementation

  • Lead the internal configuration and rollout of the Darwin platform in the UK & Europe, ensuring alignment with business needs and communication plans.
  • Manage project timelines, from workflow design and eligibility rules to testing, UAT, and go-live.
  • Develop user journeys, create training materials, and support HR Ops and employee onboarding to the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Darwin consultants for a seamless delivery.

Benefits Administration & Governance

  • Review and streamline existing benefits administration processes to remove inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
  • Track annual benefit costs, maintain a cost tracker, and support budget management.
  • Implement governance frameworks for approvals, renewals, and vendor SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and maintain Workday data accuracy.

Policy Development & Documentation

  • Draft, update, and harmonise compensation and benefits policies across UK & European operations.
  • Partner with US compensation teams, local HR leadership, and legal counsel to ensure compliance.

Leadership Support

  • Deputise for the HR Ops Director as required on key projects and initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven compensation & benefits experience in the UK and Continental Europe, ideally in consulting or project-based roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with Darwin (or similar benefits platforms) and Workday.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or Tableau an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise with the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System preferred.
