Senior HR Business Partner job - 12 Month FTC - London - Hybrid c70-75k plus bensEmployee relations focusYour new companyA leading property business.Your new roleAs a Senior HR Business Partner you will join the business for a 12 month maternity cover. In this generalist role but with a bias to Employee relations, you will be responsible for managing complex ER casework including disciplinary and grievance, TUPE, settlement agreements as well as organisation design, restructures and redundancy consultations. You will also lead on any other change projects as arise as well as advising managers on HR policies and procedures.What you'll need to succeedCIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent, it is essential that you have worked in a fast paced complex multi site commercial environment where you have handled high volume, complex ER casework. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a small team where you can roll up your sleeves with operational duties as required as well as having excellent stakeholder management and be able to influence and engage at a senior level.
