Senior Recruitment Consultant - Relocate from London to New York

Permanent People are working with a London based recruitment business who are looking to employ an experienced 360 recruitment professional to initially join them in London, then relocate to their New York office.

You will work in London whilst the visa application process goes through, then head to the US.

The Role:

  • This is a 360-recruitment role which specialises in the Finance Systems and ERP sector.
  • You will place mid-senior level candidates in the US and need to have an eye for quality, while being able to articulately manage relationships with senior levels.
  • Our client already has a successful client base for you to work with. However, you will also be required to acquire new ones, through business development, and develop your own specialists pool of candidates.
  • Throughout this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of the markets that they service. This is so you provide a sound and professional service to the clients, as well as fully understand the role that the candidates are being recruited to. Allowing you to build value adding business relationships.
  • It is a mature working culture so you will work autonomously in a goal-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years 360 agency recruitment experience. This must be within NetSuite, Workday, Dynamics 365, EPM, SAP or BI is essential.
  • If you are recruiting into senior level Finance or Financial Systems, and work at FD/CFO level on projects, then this will also be considered.
  • Demonstrable track record in this industry with expert market experience.
  • You must be credible, presentable, and confident
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Provide first-class service by being knowledgeable and passionate about your work
  • You are goal orientated and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced recruitment environment
