?? About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take the lead on a warm desk filled with REED-exclusive accounts, while also driving new business development to grow your portfolio. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large corporates, placing top-tier finance professionals in roles that make a real impact.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a busy Accountancy & Finance desk
Building strong relationships with existing REED accounts
Proactively developing new business opportunities through networking, calls, and meetings
Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise
