Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. 3 years+ ideally
- Experience with anything function-wise Analytical, Quant, Risk, Trading, Sales or Operations across Commodities, particularly Energy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the recruitment landscape
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or a related discipline
- A track record of success in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to bill 150k+ per year
