We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources Department, playing a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier talent in the financial services industry.

Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Manage the recruitment process including agency liaison, conducting interviews, short-listing and the selection of candidates.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Organise recruitment/careers events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Responsibility of managing all recruitment effectively through the Recruitment module on SuccessFactors.
- Building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties/suppliers.
- Assist the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner with providing advice and guidance to management on resourcing matters.
- HR projects as and when required.
- Involvement in Learning and Development initiatives and be responsible for administration and monitoring of internal and external training.
Profile
- Up to three years' experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Advanced administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong personal organisation and time management skills.
- High degree of discretion and ability to preserve absolute confidentiality.
- Experience of working with HR Database / recruitment portal
