Trainee Executive Search Consultant – Graduate Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching markets to identify and approach high-calibre candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
  • Writing persuasive, targeted job adverts
  • Managing the interview process from initial call to offer stage

  • Building lasting client and candidate relationships
  • Working towards performance targets and earning commission
