This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a recognised qualification, and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant in under a year.

�? What's the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship?

This nationally recognised programme combines:

? Remote learning modules
? Classroom-based training sessions
? On-the-desk coaching with experienced recruiters

You'll gain a deep understanding of recruitment, sales, candidate sourcing, client relationships, and more - with full support every step of the way.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

Advertising roles, identifying talent, and screening candidates
Supporting interviews and shortlisting processes
Shadowing client calls and meetings
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Learning sales and business development techniques
Working towards clear performance goals and targets

?? What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Ambitious, resilient and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent (a degree is not required)
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Any customer service or sales experience is a bonus
