What you'll be doing
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing, interviewing, and prepping candidates
- Developing new business through outreach and networking
- Becoming a subject matter expert in your specialist market
You'll work in one of our specialist teams:
- Financial Services (Accountancy & Finance roles)
- Commerce & Industry (Commercial finance roles across industries)
- Technology (Tech placements across sectors)
- Change & Transformation (Project, change & transformation talent into FS and C&I)
Who we're looking for
- Recent graduate or final year student (any degree discipline)
- Ambitious, resilient, and target driven
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales focused environment
- Interest in recruitment, sales, finance or tech a bonus - but not essential
