What are we looking for?
- A recent graduate (any discipline) with a sporting background.
- Eager to learn qualities, with a high drive for success.
- Impeccable organisational skills.
- A strong communicator, who can adapt to a fast paced environment.
- An innate quality of networking and cultivating connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling candidates, screening them and shortlisting them to specific jobs.
- Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Closing deals and billing big!
