Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduates Wanted - London

Basic salary between £30,000-£35,000

OTE £60,000 year one, £80,000 year two and £120,000 plus year three.

What your day looks like:

Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

Confident with and an outgoing personality
Degree educated
Sports backgrounds are a huge advantage
