As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the housing association adheres to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with housing regulations and standards.
- Conducting regular audits and preparing reports to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Oversee adherence to housing regulations and standards, including areas such as heating servicing programs, asbestos management, water safety hygiene, and fire alarm testing.

Skills / Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the housing sector, with a strong understanding of housing regulations and standards.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
