We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Officer for a reputable housing association based in London.

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the housing association adheres to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance with housing regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and preparing reports to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Oversee adherence to housing regulations and standards, including areas such as heating servicing programs, asbestos management, water safety hygiene, and fire alarm testing.
