We're seeking a driven Business Development Director to lead new business efforts, shape go-to-market strategies, and build long-term relationships with clients like global corporates, think tanks, and major foundations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving outbound BD campaigns and building strategic growth plans

  • Leading the full sales cycle - from pitch to close

  • Writing compelling proposals and helping shape research design

  • Securing 10+ face-to-face meetings per week with key decision-makers

  • Growing existing accounts and nurturing C-suite relationships

  • Collaborating closely with Research, Marketing & Content teams

What we're looking for:

  • Proven BD track record in full-service market research (agency side ideal)

  • Strong grasp of public opinion, reputation, comms or policy research

  • Confident in both new business hunting and account growth

  • Experience working with non-profits, public affairs or corporate comms clients

  • Comfortable meeting in-office 4 days/week in London and engaging clients face-to-face

Package:

  • £80,000-£120,000 salary

  • 0.1-0.3% equity

  • High-ownership role in a well-backed, high-visibility team
