Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from concept to completion.

This leadership role involves managing teams, budgets, suppliers, and schedules while ensuring projects meet business objectives and quality standards.

Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of projects and programs to achieve defined objectives.

  • Manage teams through the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and final delivery.

  • Oversee project managers within the department, ensuring efficient budget management, scheduling, and risk assessment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and expectations.

  • Develop work plans with schedules, milestones, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Identify and address complex risks, creating action plans to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold organizational standards.

  • Support business goals by exploring opportunities to add value and enhance departmental reputation.

Ideal Creative Project Manager Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

  • PMP certification preferred but not required.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

  • Experience planning projects with large data sets and applying data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead discussions.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and a resourceful, solutions-focused mindset.
