Head of Product Design (UX UI) London / WFH to £130k

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a strong knowledge of UX UI design?

You could be joining a global FinTech / CFD trading company that has been consistently voted as one of the UKs top employers.

As Head of Product Design you will lead the design team in creating exceptional user experiences across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, usability and innovation, providing guidance and mentoring to Product Designers, UX Researchers and UI Designers. You will oversee the design of all digital products, establish design processes, methodologies and best practices, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative design solutions and champion user centric design throughout the organisation.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid model with two days a week work from home, when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace, restaurant and break out areas.

About you:

  • You're a skilled, senior level Product Manager with a strong UX UI design experience (with current demonstrable portfolio)
  • You have experience of the design function within a large scale B2C organisation
  • You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • You have advanced leadership skills, with experience of managing high performance product teams
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are a data driven decision maker
  • You have advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • You are degree educated in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or closely related field
