My client is an ambitious and fast-growing FMCG brand on a mission to reimagine what's possible in the world of healthy eating and the supplement space. We're looking for a New Product Development Manager to support the creation of innovative, high-quality supplement and food products that our customers love.

What You'll Do:
- Support the end-to-end product development from concept through to shelf
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, operations, and suppliers
- Coordinate trials, tastings, and sample evaluations
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Support regulatory compliance and documentation
- Ensure consistent product quality and innovation
What You Bring:
- 2+ years' experience in NPD and project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in the food industry is highly desirable
- Please note: as part of this role, you will be expected to taste and evaluate meat-based products.
