Quant Leaning UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality before the clients device launches, focusing on the 2026 timeline. Your primary focus will be on developer applications, collaborating with developers to build out 3rd party apps. This position is based in London, supporting their internal developer team. You will report to the Senior Researcher, contributing to the measurement and metrics team with a strong quantitative emphasis.



Responsibilities

  • Design and execute surveys on tech products.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance 3rd party apps.
  • Work closely with the developer products team, targeting developers.
  • Run measurements and metrics across various tools and services.
  • Report to the Senior Researcher and contribute to the quant-focused team.


Essential Skills

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research.
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience working with data science teams to script surveys.
  • Ability to design and execute user research.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualitative research experience.
  • Usability research expertise.
