KEY DUTIES
- Onboard and train customers, supporting setup and aligning with Sales requirements efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, upsell opportunities, and monitor system usage to improve experience.
- Provide technical support, manage renewals, track engagement, and act as the customer's voice for product enhancements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years' experience in market research, project management, or survey programming with client-facing skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, driving retention, loyalty, and successful account management consistently.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, outgoing professional thriving in start-up environments and eager to take ownership.
