They are looking for a Senior Research & Insight Manager to lead high-profile research initiatives, including their annual flagship report and help to produce insights that shape the customer experience agenda across the UK.In this high-impact role, you'll work with senior leaders, external research agencies, and top-tier member organisations to deliver sector-leading thought leadership, bespoke research projects, and actionable insights. From designing briefs to presenting findings to stakeholders, you'll help ensure the research drives business results and create impactful conversations and influence change.What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the delivery of our core insight products, including the member-commissioned reports
  • Producing compelling research that links customer satisfaction to business performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to integrate research into strategy, communications, and product development
  • Supporting business development by identifying opportunities for bespoke member research

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing large research projects (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with digital tools and AI in research (a plus)
