PMOLocation: London Length: 6 Months Rate:£193.54 p/dHours: 9am – 6pm This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally. With a plethora of well-known and recognisable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG spacePurpose of Role:This role serves as the PMO for the integration of newly acquired brands and businesses. Job description: •Key member of new business integration team tasked to develop, deliver and execute business integrations work •Exposure to North American executive team, counterparty founders, leadership teams and wider organizations •Leverage functional experts within the organization for key insight and support; ability to work cross functionally to deliver relevant aspects of the integration seamlessly •Ability to work with pace and agility while driving clarity and closure of integration deliverables •Ability to manage multiple priorities against challenging timelines •Ability to identify and anticipate issues before they have significant business impact Key Outputs/Deliverables: •Project management experience – managing complex projects through to completion •Coordinates aspects of integration projects as needed – timelines, key milestones, KPI/project tracking, driving delivery and accountability  •Strong, joined up relationships across NAM organization . Qualifications and Experience Required: •BA/BS Degree with relevant professional qualification •PMP certification preferred •5+ years’ experience in a global CPG or similar operating environment demonstrating commercial and business acumen Critical Capabilities: •Experience (5+ years) successfully delivering projects in a fast-moving multinational company • Ability to effectively coordinate cross functional and geographically diverse teams to deliver successful outcomes •Track record in effectively planning, measuring and delivering complex project plans•Ability to influence upwards, effectively manage communication to senior stakeholders •Familiar with risk management approaches and effective mitigation •Flexible and adaptive – ability to move at pace •Familiarity with industry standard project management tools and collaboration softwareSkillsPMO, PM MethodologiesEducationBA/BS Degree with relevant professional qualification •PMP certification preferredAdditional Information:
  • Looking for someone who is either a seasoned PMO or if they do have less experience someone who has the gravitas for the role
  • There is a lot of stakeholder management and pushing back so they do need to be comfortable with pushing up to c-suite
