As AssistantBar Manager of Loscar, you will lead and be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to F&B and Events Manager, the Assistant Bar Manager ensures exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, extensive product knowledge, and professionalism. The Assistant Bar Manager supports the creation of innovative, seasonally inspired cocktail menus while overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events to ensure smooth service and consistently high standards.
