You will be joining a successful tow AA Rosettes restaurant in the heart of Kings Cross new development, Coaldrop Yards.
We are currently increasing the size of our restaurant two folds, adding an events and pdr space.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Floor manager who will focus on delivering the best hospitality to our customers, maintain the highest standard of service whilst offering hospitality to our guests. Your focus will be training the FOH staff whilst hosting guests, as well as working closely with the head chef and reporting/communicating with the Owner. This role is for you to prove you can become restaurant manager within the next 3 months. So we're looking for someone motivated and with the skills and expertise to progress quickly.
We have 45 seats inside and 40 on the terrace, the extension of the venue will double that, adding an event space and a pdr. We offer fine dining food in a more relaxed environment, knowledge of fine dining is a plus, knowledge of wine a plus but not a necessity, you will also be in charge of the Bar.
About you
Were looking for a passionate candidate , with strong work ethics. You have an eye for the details, are able to plan ahead, organise your work so that we always are able to deliver a consistent and highest quality of hospitality. You are experienced in training staff, are very guest focussed with great communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory. Strong knowledge of hospitality and food required,
