Were seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, youll work closely with Jikonis Senior Management Team, playing a pivotal role in building and leading our new ventures (early 2026). This is a hands-on management role where youll not support to build a new restaurant but also inspire, mentor and energise a brand-new restaurant team exemplifying our company values (Multiculturalism & Pluralism, Integrity, Hospitality & Seva (Selfless Service), Excellence, and Entrepreneurialism).

What Were Looking For in an Assistant Restaurant Manager:
We are looking for a team leader who is excited by the challenge and opportunity of not just working with us on a new opening, but also building a positive culture with our senior team for the long run. You bring an insatiable love of homely, warm and generous hospitality and ability to support the managers in training and organising the team, running services, opening and closing and managing bookings and stock orders.
- Emotional Skillset: You embody the qualities that define great hospitality: Kindness, Optimism, Self-Awareness, Curiosity, Integrity, and Empathy.
- Experience: At least 2 years' of senior waiter experience or equivalent junior managerial experience in hospitality

- Leadership: A desire to build and nurture a team, lead by example, and contribute to a positive and supportive culture.
