About the Role:
As Bar Manager, youll be a key player in the launch of a brand-new venue a stylish Restaurant, Bar & Club opening this September in Marylebone. Youll take full ownership of the bar operation, from opening prep and team training to service standards and late-night energy.
This is more than just a job its a chance to build something special from day one. Youll work closely with the senior team on everything from cocktail menus and events to ensuring seamless guest service and a buzzing bar atmosphere every night.
