What will you do?
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver consistently high standards
- Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls with precision
- Align the bars operations with the overall service flow of the restaurant and event spaces
- Bring fresh ideas to cocktail development while respecting the brands low-waste, seasonal ethos
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Beverage and wider management team
- Build a bar culture thats professional, guest-focused, and team-driven
