A stunning new opening restaurant in Mayfair is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead their Bar team and curate a stunning cocktail list to stun their guests. £50,000-55,000.

We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable Bar Manager with finesse, taste, and a natural leadership presence. This role requires a professional who thrives in premium hospitality environments and is comfortable leading from the front, guiding a talented bar team, and curating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As the venue closes around 23am, candidates must be fully flexible and willing to work late nights as part of their schedule.

• Oversee the full bar operation, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence at all times
  
  

• Lead, inspire, and train a dedicated bar team skilled in cocktail craftsmanship and refined service
  
  

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Head Sommelier on drinks menus and pairing strategies
  
  

• Manage stock, cost control, and supplier relationships with precision and attention to detail
  
  

• Create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere at the bar, reflecting the restaurants wider ethos
  
  

• Maintain compliance and hygiene standards to the highest level
  
  

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender within a premium or Michelin-acclaimed restaurant

• Someone experienced and comfortable with working in a late night venue
  
  

• Exceptional product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, and wines
  
  

• Professionalism, grace, and the ability to inspire and lead a team
  
  

• A true passion for hospitality, storytelling, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
  
  

• Strong organisational skills and excellent back-of-house discipline
  
  

• Full flexibility, including late-night finishes
