As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the bar operation, leading the team on the floor and ensuring exceptional service standards throughout service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day bar operations
Leading, training, and motivating the bar team
Delivering consistent service and guest experience
Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
Overseeing late-night service flow
Maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a premium or high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong leadership and floor management skills
Comfortable working late nights
Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail
Calm, organised, and guest-focused under pressure
