Your role in shaping experiences

Role Description:

As The Bar Manager your role will consist of:

Ensuring the restaurant and bar have a smooth service that makes guests want to return.

Inspiring, coaching, training & developing, and mentoring F&B associates.

Focussing on customer satisfaction, while being passionate about exceeding guests' expectations.

Leads the restaurant and bar team by example and supports operations on the floor during service hours.

Ensuring creativity and flair in signature cocktails.

Taking responsibility for stock control systems.

The requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a similar role.

Experience in creating signature cocktails.

Experience in working with brand partners and suppliers.

Good understanding of beverage cost and maintaining GP

Experience in conducting stock controls.
