Alexandra Palace is looking for a Café Manager to join the in-house Catering team to lead and oversee the daily operations of 2 catering outlets: the soon-to-open Boat House Café, and the East Court Café pop-up.
Alexandra Park and Palace is a major event, heritage and cultural destination in north London.
We host live music, live sport, theatre productions and Park events all year round.
All the money that is generated by events goes back into maintaining and restoring Ally Pally.
The restoration of the venue is to celebrate and share the past, deliver extraordinary experiences at present and regenerate for the future.
As Café Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Operationalmanagement: Oversee the Café operations at the Boat House and East Court
Team management: Recruit, lead, train and motivate staff across both outlets
Customer Experience: Uphold exceptional customer service at both locations
Financial Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
