We are seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of a brand-new premium Italian restaurant launching in the City of London this summer.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious hospitality project from day one, delivering exceptional service and authentic Italian dining in one of Londons busiest food scenes.
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain high standards of presentation, guest satisfaction, and team performance
- Drive KPIs, assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Contribute to creating a warm, vibrant, and professional dining atmosphere
What Were Looking For- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for Italian food, wine, and culture
- Energetic, hands-on, and highly organised
- Committed to exceptional hospitality and team development
