An exciting opportunity has become available for aFood & Beverage Assistant Managerto join our F&B team at Grosvenor House Suites!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members whilst maintaining the courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage to guests in accordance with prescribed hotel policies and procedures.
You will also support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving set targets and goals in accordance with the hotel policies and procedure.

Provenexperience in a similar role
5 Star Hotel or luxury restaurant experience
The ability to anticipate guest needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction
Excellent level of English (Written/Spoken)
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Demonstrates effective leadership qualities
Good decision making skills
Able to work well under pressure
