About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team. You will be hands-on, inspiring your teams to deliver first-class food and beverage experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality, guest satisfaction and efficiency. You will manage the entire food and beverage operation including conference & events while ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Food & Beverage team that meets agreed objectives, and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
To manage the operation under your control to achieve agreed customer satisfaction targets in all areas in line with company objectives. To ensure that appropriate action is taken to review procedures and operational standards as a result of client feedback.
Review, implement, and update company records e.g., training matrices, performance reviews and risk assessments.
Share ideas and to improve hotel operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery.
Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Food & Beverage strategy.
Leading your team by example, you will need to provide a great guest experience by being welcoming, attentive, anticipating and accurately fulfilling guest requests.
Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal guest service experience and training to the team.
Improve sales and quality of service whilst complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
Making sure your team are trained and briefed to deliver great service every day. Helping them to improve their skills through coaching and providing support for career development.
Driving improvement in Food & Liquor costs through daily control measures.
Liaise with the Kitchen team to ensure the best food quality is delivered to our guests.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Setting up meeting and conference rooms.
Be a team player with high energy and stamina.
Good attention to detail and punctuality are key.

Salary:
Salary £45,855.60 per annum

What youll need to have:
Previous Food & Beverage Manager experience
Excellent customer service skills
Language skills: Fluent English written and spoken
Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
High energy and enthusiastic personality
