The Role
A Food and Beverage Supervisor is sort to assist the smooth running of the department which boasts 7 Conference Rooms with a maximum capacity of 300 people, a coffee bar, a lounge bar, a brassiere restaurant as well as a formal dining restaurant. The position is critical in delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests, driving forward the sales and ensuring that the set procedures are adhered to at all times. The role will undertake all aspects of the food and beverage department from servicing the meeting rooms, working in the restaurant or bar. However, they will be predominately based in The Club Dining Room. The role requires individuals to work a variety of shift patterns which includes weekends.
The Person
The individual will ideally have experience in Rosetted restaurants, 4 or 5 star hotel or a private members club. They must be naturally committed to ensuring that the guests expectation is always exceeded. The individual will be expected to work in a professional manner at all times. It goes without saying, attention to detail is essential. Training the team will be integral part of the role. An outgoing and friendly personality is required with the English language essential. The ability to drive standards forward and maintain them will be critical to the success of the role.

The Victory Services Club in London is a successful and prestigious private members club exclusively for serving and retired members of all ranks of the UK Armed Forces (and their allies), and their immediate families. The Club was established in 1907 as a charity with two primary objectives: to promote military efficiency and esprit de corps, and to relieve need, hardship or distress amongst serving personnel and their dependants. The Club is located adjacent to Marble Arch and offers 202 bedrooms, 8 Conference Rooms and a range of other facilities including bars.
