As a Floor Manager, you will play an essential role in overseeing the front-of-house operations, focusing on providing the best guest experiences and ultimately further ehancing the overall success of the operation. The successful candidate will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area, maintaining high service standards.
Lead and train floor staff, providing guidance to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
Assist in training and development programs for front-of-house staff.
Monitor reservation systems and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Candidates should have previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry and have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
