Reed Hospitality is delighted to be working with an independent 4 star deluxe hotel in Westminster, looking for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their team 

This is a Full time role and will be paying up to £45 000 per annum

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as a role model by consistently promoting their values
  • Facilitate effective departmental communication through handovers, meetings, and daily briefings.
  • Ensure the service team is well-trained and confident in the outlet's policies and standards.
  • Oversee adherence to all company policies and procedures by the team.
  • Manage the team daily, including conducting probationary reviews and addressing lateness or employee requests.
  • Assist the F&B Operations Manager in managing the department's payroll efficiently.
  • Act as the escalation point for guest complaints, handling them discreetly, respectfully, and confidently to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Ensure the team delivers prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Maintain high quality and service standards.
  • Educate team members about potential food allergies in compliance with current and future legislation.
  • Support F&B managers in ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to the team during shifts to exceed guests’ expectations.
