A prestigious, high-end restaurant in the heart of Chelsea is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead their team and elevate guest experiences to new heights.
The Role:
- Full-time, 48 hours per week (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Shift pattern: 2 double shifts, 3 single shifts (max. 2 nights for financial closing/cash-up)
- Lead front-of-house operations with precision and flair
- Ensure seamless service, staff training, and impeccable standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain excellence in food & beverage
- Manage financials, reservations, and guest relations with a polished touch
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a **Restaurant Manager** in upscale dining
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
