Corrochios is a Mexican restaurant, taquera, Agaveria, bar and late-night destination in the heart of Dalston opened by Guadalajara native Daniel Carrillo in 2021.

Who Were Looking For:
Previous Experience: Must have at least two years experience as a restaurant manager.
Personality: A positive and confident person who understands hospitality beyond just serving food and drinks.
Guest Experience: Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences and ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued.
Appearance: A professional, well-dressed appearance that conveys experience and authority.
Leadership and Organisation: Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenges effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with reservation platforms and point of sale (POS) systems
(currently SevenRooms & Square)
Work Ethic: Someone who is proud of their work and workplace.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality to encourage higher standards & encourage our guests to return.
- Support our GM with activities in Cinco (cocktail bar) and Cantina, while your primary responsibility remains the restaurant.
- Lead, inspire, train & develop the restaurant staff.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and feedback.
- Implement and maintain the highest quality control measures.
- Help implement creative ideas to grow covers, revenue and guest experience..
- Foster a positive work culture and promote staff development.
- Be the point of contact between the kitchen and the front of house during busy shifts.
- Cover various roles in hosting and restaurant management.
- Ensure we stick to health and safety regulations.
Our main restaurant is located on the ground floor in a large, airy room with outdoor seating serving an extensive menu of regional Mexican dishes, alongside a contemporary selection of sharing plates.
