We are seeking an experienced and polished Private Dining Room Manager to join a prestigious fine dining corporate venue in Banking district of London. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-end, bespoke dining experience for discerning clientele in a luxury environment.

The Role:
You will take full ownership of the Private Dining Rooms, ensuring flawless delivery of bespoke events and exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Executive Chef and senior team, you will coordinate front of house operations, and build lasting client relationships.

- Proven experience in luxury fine dining or private dining management
- Exceptional attention to detail and service standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
