The Role

As Restaurant Manager, youre the FOH leader who makes the room come alive.
Youre the protector of service standards, the builder of confident teams, the calm in the chaos and the spark in the atmosphere.

You partner closely with the General Manager, owning the day-to-day of front-of-house operations shaping shifts, growing people, and delivering experiences guests remember.

Youre not just running the floor
Youre developing the next generation, creating consistency, and setting the tone for what great hospitality looks like here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Elevate service every shift energy, flow, pace and atmosphere
• Lead, inspire and coach the FOH team to deliver unforgettable hospitality
• Run openings, briefings and service plans that keep the room buzzing
• Maintain service standards and ensure brand delivery no corners cut
• Support with scheduling, onboarding and FOH training plans
• Drive guest satisfaction, handling feedback with confidence and warmth
• Work closely with the GM to grow the team, hit targets and build a strong culture
