And now, weve teamed up with Black Cactus BBQ masters of smoke, fire, and flavour to create something London hasnt seen before: a Brandy & BBQ destination thats equal parts bar, restaurant, and brand experience.
This isnt a safe pair of hands job. Were looking for a Manager with ambition, personality, and the grit to help us to continue to build a venue that doesnt just serve food and drink but leaves a mark.
Youll Be the One Who:Runs the floor like a conductor FOH, BOH, the lot.
Knows how to lead, not just manage inspiring the team, not ticking boxes.
Lives and breathes brilliant service, but isnt afraid to break tradition.
You keep the wheels turning (rotas, stock, orders) but you look for improvements both commercially and in the service.
Brings energy, commercial ideas, and a bit of edge every single shift.
What Were Looking ForExperience running and growing a busy, high-quality £1M + turnover restaurant.
A natural host with the confidence to own the room.
Organised, sharp, and switched on (because chaos without control isnt cool).
Drinks & Cocktail knowledge is a big plus (WSET Level 2+ gets bonus points).
Someone who actually wants to be part of building something new, not just clocking in.
What Youll GetSalary: £40,000 pro rata to £32,000 (4 days) plus estimated £5,000+ in service charge.
Hours: 4 days on / 3 days off (ThursdaySunday).
