Were looking for a hands-on, energetic Restaurant Manager to join our management team at Delamina Marylebone.
As Restaurant Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, acting as third in charge and helping lead day-to-day front-of-house operations.
Youll be a visible leader on the floor motivating the team, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining the relaxed yet professional atmosphere our guests love.
This role is ideal for someone with strong service experience, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for people and genuine hospitality.
Support the GM and AGM in daily operations, staff supervision, and shift management.
Lead by example on the floor, delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Train, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
Maintain Delaminas 2 AA Rosette service standards with consistency and care.
Oversee reservations, floor plans, and daily reporting.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company policies.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior supervisor in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
Service-focused, team-minded, and energetic with great attention to detail.
Confident communicator and natural people-person.
Calm under pressure, reliable, and professional no egos, just genuine hospitality.

Up to £45,000 total package (including Tronc).
Full-time, 4548 hours per week with two days off.
