Youll be the driving force behind an experienced front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable experience.

You will lead a front-of-house team at one of Londons most prestigious and high-profile restaurants, working alongside an acclaimed chef and creative management team.

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and pride
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and service flow, maintaining precision even during peak hours
Uphold the restaurants award-winning standards of service, presentation, and guest engagement
Collaborate closely with the culinary and management teams on menu launches, special events, and seasonal initiatives
Represent the restaurant externally, embodying its reputation for excellence in hospitality
