The Role and more :
- lead and train staff to deliver the ultimate in customer service
- train staff in understanding the menu as well as instigate wine training
- to uphold the existing standards and to drive sales
- the successful candidate will ideally have minimum WSET level 2
- Candidates should have CV showing experience in quality esablishments either in the UK or overseas
