We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a modern Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Marylebone. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, team motivation, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Japanese restaurant experience is a strong advantage but not essential more important is your leadership, professionalism, and dedication to high standards.
Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless communication and timely food service.
Support training, rota management, and staff performance to uphold our high service standards.
Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of guest service and team dynamics.
A passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
Japanese cuisine experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary: £35,000 per year
