- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Implement and monitor health and safety standards
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and marketing strategies

- Proven experience in fast-food restaurant management in London
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
