St. JOHN has opened its doors to a new Wine Bar situated in the heart of Covent Garden. We are looking for a service-focused Wine Bar Manager, a true hospitalitarianwho loves the nitty gritty of service, and who thrives nurturing and leading a team to successa keen interestin wine is of course expected along with WSET L3.A passion for the St. JOHN philosophy and Fergus' Nose to Tail ethos is of course non-negotiable.
What we are looking for in our Wine Bar Manager;
- Respect & passion for St. JOHN ethos
- Deep understanding of Nose-to-Tail
- Strong people leadership and guest focus
- Commercial mindset with ability to drive
- Sales and performance
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
Open seven days a week, a place for locals to get their fresh bread in the morning, delight in a glass or four into the late evening and have lunch and dinner from a concise menu of all things St. JOHN.
