Retail Supervisor, Museum, West London, Part Time, Temporary, £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay

A world-renowned Museum in West London requires a part time Retail Supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Motivate and line manage the retail team
Duty manage
Provide an efficient and high standard of service
Help to create and maintain visual merchandising
Update daily, weekly and other sales reports, and cash count
Operate the tills and ensure secure cash handling
Regularly replenish stock

Key skills and experience required

Demonstrable retail management experience
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
Aptitude and passion for an exceptional customer experience
Experience meeting and exceeding revenue & KPI targets
Strong attention to detail, with good financial acumen
