We're partnered with a premium retailer known for its quality, craft and customer experience - and we're now looking for an experienced Head of People to join the business at an exciting point of growth and transformation.
This role is reporting into the People Director & will be playing a key part in shaping what the future of the brand looks like from the inside out.
The role:
As Head of People, you'll lead the people strategy across retail and head office. You'll be responsible for ensuring the business is set up for continued growth - through the lens of culture, development, talent and engagement.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, acting as a true business partner and critical friend - helping to shape a people function that supports high performance, attracts brilliant people, and champions an inclusive, supportive culture.
There's a real opportunity here to influence, inspire and build something long-lasting.
What we're looking for in our Head of People role:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role ideally within retail or a customer-focused business
A strong understanding of premium customer expectations, and how this translates into a people-first culture
A commercial and strategic mindset, but equally happy rolling your sleeves up when needed
Natural leadership presence someone people connect with, trust and feel inspired by
Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving people change with impact and sensitivity
