Role: Roofer
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate : £22.62 per hour
Plus any overtime paid at £33.93
Location: North London
Working Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
My client is currently looking for a Roofer to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Roofer on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the Islington area. The role is an excellent opportunity with plenty of overtime available as well which is all being paid at 1.5x the regular rate
Day to day work will consist of you doing reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Social Housing Experience
